My role as an engineering technician apprentice involves work with 3D CAD based packages. Day to day jobs depend on your selected discipline but it's most communally routing pipes, cables and so on.
I have gained new qualifications through our college work along with a large amount of engineering knowledge in work
I enjoy the program overall but there are some aspects that i would want to change. I feel that this would be the same across most programs.
I feel very valued as a apprentice with all of the time that is put aside for my development and the qualifications that i am able to gain
The program is overall well structured
I feel that my training officer provides a hight level of support at all times
Managers provide good support to all apprentices as they have a high interest in our development.
Salary is extremely good compered to other programs and meets my costs

Overall a very good company to work for that has a invested interest in apprentices
