I'm a funeral service operative which involves dealing with deceased preparation of the deceased aswell as funeral duties from driving and bearing and being front line with families
I have developed my existing skills to become better and more efficient at my job
I really enjoyed it and it helped me progress also my tutor was really good and informative
I feel valued and looked after and feel part of the coop family
I feel like the structure was manageable in my line of work it was very organised and explained in detail
I receive constant feedback and support with areas I struggle in helps me see things clearly and more understandable
I received constant support from coop with giving me time to meet with tutor and assistantance with areas I struggled with
My salary is fine but my company covers the costs
I'm unsure what opportunities outside coop there is as I'm happy there and no desire to look elsewhere

Because we are open and honest and caring and feel like we are a family with I feel reflects to the clients that we are normal people and not just undertakers
Just be yourself and come in willing to learn new skills and met knew friends
