Funeral Director. Looking after Clients and Deceased with the utmost care dignity and respect
I have developed existing skills
It fits in well around my job and clients
I feel like the co-op habe given me every opportunity
Its not perfect it has taken longer than advised mainly due to the constant changes in staff/assessors and making sure they have enough time to spend with learners seem to be hard due to work load
making sure assessors have enough time to spend with learners seem to be hard for them due to work/learner load
The co-op give me the time i need to complete my assessments as and when require but work mainly has to be done at home
We are paid well for the role we do
No sure as i am happy working within the co-op
