I am an apprentice business planner and my job role is to liase with customers and help to plan the fibre in the network.
I have gained my functional skills level 2 award. I have also improved my communication skills both with customers and generally.I have also learnt to use GCOMMS which is the system that Virgin Media use to plan their fibre in the network.
I enjoy the atmosphere within my job and the fact that you are not in the office 5 days a week is really enjoyable.
More valued as i become more trained in the role.
I think the organisation of the apprenticeship could be severely improved as it seemed when we first joined, none of our training was made clear and when we would receive it.
I receive sufficient support.

I have enough to live well but no where near where i want to be.

Virgin Media look after their employees, especially with benefits. They are also very flexible with working hours and time off which i like.
Research about Virgin Media if invited to an assessment day as this will give you a better insight to questions the interviewer may ask you.
