My role entails servicing customers at their first point of contact when entering the branch, through to serving the customers on the counter or through our other channels of choice, such as the Instant Deposit Machine
I have learnt cash management and organisational skills through serving customers on the counter, to building rapport with customers, through to building confidence in my communication skills
I enjoy my programme as i deal with a diverse range of issues everyday and therefore there are always new challanges to tackle and solve
I feel valued by Lloyds Banking Group thanks to the rewards and perks offered by the company, for example the introduction of the Free Shares issued to all collegaues within the group
I believe my programme is well structured thanks to frequent visits from my apprenticeship mentor to check in on my progress and development from the previous visit.
I receive enough support for when I would like some extra guidence regarding a particular issue or topic, but also less support for me to develop an learn how to manage new situations
I receive ample support from Colleauges when In work, however I do not feel as though I receive support from my employer as a company on a personal level
My Salary/Package is reasonable for an apprenticeship, and As i'm aware is one of the higher packages when compared to other companies apprenticeship programme
Lloyds Banking Group offers collegaues the opportunity to use a Day To Make A Difference which means we are able to go and support a chosen event or chosen charity during work time
Yes
As Lloyds Banking Group are always looking to the future and how to best look after their staff with regards to perks, rewards and incentives such as Flex
I would advise others to research the history and foundation of the Lloyds Banking Group to see the development and growth from the past up until the present day
