Team Work Communication
Really good programme fun and interactice could have been dull and boring if it was delivered in a poor way which it wasn't.
Great staff professional but relaxed. It could have felt very stiff and like you couldn't relax but you were able to relax and get a lot from the programme.
Excellent communication from application to the day. Time scheduels stuck too. Everyone knew what was going on. Always someone to email questions to.

Definitely recommend this programme to anyone thinking of applying. Great opportunity to connect with others considering this alternative route and gives a fantastic insight into the atmosphere of the company. It'll be interesting to compare this programme with the other big three companies but I can't really think of any faults with this great opportunity.
Research the company and incorporate some of their values and what they are looking for into your application in questions like Why EY? Leave plenty of time to write and review your application Get someone to check your application and get some advice from them before you apply Do some practice English and Maths tests online before doing the actual ones Prepare for the telephone interview by researching the company and looking up questions online then preparing answers to those questions
