The people are great, laid back, early responsibility, great career ladder and development quickly. Very good pay and benefits.
Internal recognition scheme is good, I was recently awarded £550 for my contributions. Appreciation is much better than any other firms I've worked for
Very well structured although organisation could be difficult but if you plan ahead and sort out yourself this is not an issues at all. Plenty of support from the intakes above that have done it all before.
Kaplan provide great support from what I have witnessed so far. I haven't yet experienced any problem when I am not at college and require a question. Although sometimes there is a lot of mistakes in the materials/answer packs etc
Everyone is given a buddy when they join so someone is always there for first instance contact if you don't want to contact the manager. Someone is always accessible to help and happy to do so.
Living in the south east the salary package is very good, I still live at home as I only finished a level 1 year ago but it is reasonable enough that I can save a fair amount each month if I manage my expenditure appropriately.
Yes there are so many social and corporate events externally that the firm is involved with and also internally.
Yes
Paid overtime or take it as holiday, good benefits package, young colleagues easy to get along with everyone, great responsibility early, don't have to specialise early, paid training costs and paid study leave. Great support and great new office in Gatwick location.
See the firms Jam website for experiences and tips on the application process- that's what I used. Also if you see us at careers fairs do definitely email us if you want any tips etc!
