I am a service field technician this involves visits to customers house to fix their services and often instillation of virgin media services.
I have learnt many new skills and learned to use many tools I have never used before. The training was excellent.
I really enjoyed the training of my apprenticeship it was very engaging.
I feel valued.
Near the begining it wasn't the best organized but when new manager Dave Matthews took over I felt very well organised.
Support was very good.
As much support as needed.
Fairly.
I think there will be more since graduating.
