My daily role includes either full days training at the eakring training centre, or on site training that includes manual work and learning new skills on site.
I have learnt many new skills including engineering principles and how to maintain equipment on site.
I thoroughly enjoy my apprenticeship, it has a good mix of practical and theory work which makes the training alot easier to cope with.
I feel highly valued by the company, we have regular reviews and are paid well. The managers recognise our achievements with bonuses for above target work.
The programme is structured well and planned with time on site and time at eakring. The plan is done for a two year period so we can book holidays in advance.
We receive alot of support from the company there are external companies that come in to train us.
Good support and training on site. We have a mentor scheme so a representative on site helps us.
Good wages. could always do with having more though.
Could go sailing with the business. Share save scheme.
