Training to be a successful manager in Aldi, serving customers, taking care of the shop floor and making sure the safe and office work is correct.
Yes I've learnt a lot of new skills and got a lot more confident on the skills I already knew.
It's a good apprenticeship to do, it's hard work but very enjoyable and the outcome is an amazing opportunity some days are easier than others but what job isn't?
The same as ever other member, everyone gets treated the same! We are all very looked after!
When I first started the apprenticeship we was the first group to do it at Aldi so it was kind of hard at first but as the years gone on it's got easier and better to understand.
A lot! Any problems to, there is always someone to speak to and help you.
As much as I need, she will always make sure we are ok and enjoying ourselves, her little quote is 'are you happy' makes me laugh every time.
Just like an normal wage, people say we are lucky to do an apprenticeship yet still come out with someone who is just doing a basic job. I can keep my family going on my wage for sure.
Lots of opportunities, I've done a lot with Manchester college to help my CV get better and for me more experience and it's always best to get lots of experience in other things too keep your options open.
Yes
It's a brilliant job to be in. Good wage, good experience, friendly team, lovely boss. What more could you want in a job? Aldi make sure they get the best out of you and it works. It's such an eye opener! A good one.
Make sure your ready to work the hardest you've ever worked. Some days are a real work out!
