I complete a wide variety of tasks on a daily basis. From till work, working deliveries and sorting out any customer queries.
I have been completing a level 2 qualification in retail skills, and through my time in store I have become more confident and learnt the importance of team work.
I enjoy working for Aldi and with everyone in my store. Everyone is friendly and helpful and keen to see me progress.
I get a lot of support from everyone around me. My store manager has helped me with all the training I need to learn and I have made lots of new friends. The college have also helped me settle in and I regularly see my area manager. When I have worked well and reached my targets I am recognised and we have a good team spirit.
I know what I need to do to complete the college work and work well in my role.
I receive lots of support. I see my college tutor almost every month and they have a lot of good advice.
I had very structred training from my first day in store, and lots of ongoing feedback on how to improve. I also have a mentor who helps me if I am struggling with a particular part of my role and helps me gain more confidence.
Its ok, but I am looking forward to moving onto the higher pay rate in the future.
I haven't been to any outside events but hopefully I will in the future.
Yes
