Level2 in Business iT ITIL trained SQL trained Waiting to hear back about my results for the RPC exam I took
I really enjoy the team and work I do. We work by felxitime so any hours you do over you can use as flexidays. Working for a large compnay made me learn things that I may wouldnt have learnt in a smaller company. I was kept on as a full time employee.
My manager knows how hard I and the rest of the team works. I regards to rewards, because the company is going through a hard time you dont really see anything in the way on appreication back from the company. Before the issues with the Bank we would go on an activity day as a department.
The apprenticeship team were great from when I first joined to finishing my apprenticeship. I had problems with the company who helped me with my NVQ but they were sorted out. i found the NVQ not very motivating and didnt really push my abailities.
A lot until he was left. It wasnt until 3 months after he had left the NVQ company was it until I found out what was going on. The apprenticeship team did all they could to sort it out for me though.
In terms of my NVQ, whenever I had a meeting with my assessor they would let me go and if i needed to do work within work time I was allowed.
i believe i should get paid more. Now that I have been part of the team for nearly 3 years, I'm rather vital on the BAU side. I wouldnt be able to afford to move out if i stayed on the salary i am.
The Co-operative is well involved in the local community and if I wanted to get involved with anything I'm sure i could.
