My role will be to go up wind turbines and find out what the problem with them is and then fix them, however for the first two years it is college work to get sole general knowledge.
Yes I have developed on many new skills and learned some new ones, I would say that the skill I have developed on the most would be my team working skills.
I enjoy my programme a lot because it is something that I am actually interested in.
I feel very valued as they always send out any letters etc to tell you of any changes, and get back to you asap if you have any questions.
It is very well structured I think that I will have all the information and knowledge that I need to complete my job.
I have been provided with all of the support that I could need from my training provider.
Siemens provide me with all of the supposed that I need, and will always get back to my fast if I need any.
The salary package that I am given meets my costs well.
Outside of work there are many opportunities that I am able to get involved with.
Yes
I would recommend Siemens to a friend because it is a very good apprenticeship programme, and Siemens as a whole look after their apprentices very well.
Put all your effort into the apprenticeship, and also be well organised.
