  • Servicing and repairing wind turbines by locating faults and choosing the best method to resolve that. 2 years training at college are being completed to ensure we are competent before going on site.

  • Very structured, Siemens have organised it well.

  • We get support all the time especially from our one to one meetings.

  • Receive a lot of support and help throughout training.

  • Salary package meets my costs however with staying away from home I need to watch what I spend.

  • There are opportunities of team building activities however I have not participated in any.

  • Well organised apprenticeship programme and they provide the best facilities for training.

  • Show your cofidence and communication skills as well as teamwork as these are factors that are needed most for the job.
