Servicing and repairing wind turbines by locating faults and choosing the best method to resolve that. 2 years training at college are being completed to ensure we are competent before going on site.
Teamwork, communication, and organisational skills
Really enjoy the programme as it is very interesting
Feel very valued as they always provide the support I need and answer any questions I have.
Very structured, Siemens have organised it well.
We get support all the time especially from our one to one meetings.
Receive a lot of support and help throughout training.
Salary package meets my costs however with staying away from home I need to watch what I spend.
There are opportunities of team building activities however I have not participated in any.

Well organised apprenticeship programme and they provide the best facilities for training.
Show your cofidence and communication skills as well as teamwork as these are factors that are needed most for the job.
