Speaking to customers and amending their policies for their car insurance making sure I stay professional and give them a good service.
I am learning weekly with my CII insurance apprentice book. I am also learning more about the insurance industry with this job role.
I really enjoy work because i like the team that i am on and get along with everyone. it meets my expectations.
I feel very valued by everyone in the work place.
Very well organised as i have 3 and a half hours a week to study for my apprenticip which really helps me.
I get quite a lot of support from my training provider by telling me how to revise for my exam and ways in which I can improve my learning.
I get a lot of support from my team leader and guides on how to meet my targets set for me.
My salary is good and helps me keep my living and social life happy.
Yes there are quite a few activities done outside of work however when i am not in work i like to go to the gym and spend time with friends.
