My day to day involves going to meeting and discussing numbers with customers . I have organize engineer visits to sites and make sure they have the right kit with them. what is more I have daily conference call with customers so the can be aware of whats going on with there orders.
I have developed a lot of skill by doing this job have gained so much confidence in the working world . I have learnt how to not crack under pressure . I have gained very good verbal skills in term of talking to customers how to ;pitch in meetings .overall I have gained very good life skills
I enjoy my role very well and love working here . there is always so much to and its always different . a new day bring something new to the table to learn and thrive in the work place. when coming to work it brings a sense of achievement because I am so young and doing such a brilliant role . I love the new problems work brings so I can solve them and thrive.
where I work we are a big team and all get on very well regardless of age gender ect. every contributions that I make others value it and praise me for it me for my good work that I do . I might be the youngest nut I am valued the same as the others because we are a good team .
The programme is well structured as we all know what we are doing and we have a time planner of what we are going to be doing in a years time and how our apprenticeship will end . we all have dates for when we are going o be attending college and when we have out mentor meetings ect . overall its a good structured programme.
The training provide is brilliant we receive loads of help and support help; form them . they always guide us to the right direction and always answer any problems we have . they give us good advise and guide us in the right way . if we are stuck the training provider is always there us helping and supporting us over they are very good
My employer is very helpful you can literally talk to them about anything and they always have the right answer and advise . my employer like to speak to me on one to one basis so he can discuss how I am getting witch is very helpful . the employer also make sure we get the right treatment and is always looking out for us to see if we are ok and happy where we are.
Out of all the apprentices I have seen this one has a brilliant wage we more added bonuses . because I am young I don't have may bills to pay so the salary is very good in terms for us being able to spend it on having fun as well as our day to day running costs .
there are many opportunities outside of the working day in terms of events' party's and get together . there is BT team that organise events and charity volunteering so you can do your bit . at the end of every ,month the company pays for everyone to go out and have some and we get to chose were we want to go .
Yes
this is brilliant company to work for as there are so many opportunity's here and you have a big choice on what you want to do. the company is big so you can easily expand your carer in to something big and get promoted quite quickly / I would definitely recommend this as its a brilliant opportunity.
When applying for bt you must make sure you be confident and be knowledgeable in the role .also when undertaking the assessment ,make sure you read the questions and revise if possible . its always best to research your role so you know what you are doing and you will sound intelligent in front of the employee.
