I currently am a WBC planner based in Walsall, my daily tasks involve planning site transfers from the old generation to the new one. I find that the majority of the team I work with are based from all over the UK and not just purely Walsall and we communicate through Skype on a daily basis. however this is just one of many job roles to come as we switch job roles every six months.
I feel that BT has given me more self confidence in how I talk to others, meaning that I feel I could start a conversation with anyone.
I feel that everyone at BT are willing to go that extra mile to help your needs through development, therefore I feel that this has contributed to my enjoyment of this programme so far.
Yes
I feel that this is one of the best programs around to offer for those who have just left school/college, and feel many people would benefit from it.
Be yourself and show willingness to want to progress and to succeed, and I feel that you would fit in perfectly at BT.
