I am involved in CVLAN Planning. I have to plan work for the Night team, to ensure customers have faster and better broadband.
I have learnt how to deal with pressured situations and developed organisation skills.
I enjoy this a lot as there are different opportunities throughout the apprenticeship.
I receive a lot of appreciation off colleagues.
Fairly organised. However, the pay is not very organised when it comes to people within BT applying for things outside of work such as mortgages and not being able to say what our final salary will be.
I receive support most of the time.
I receive a lot of support from my manager when there are certain problems.
At the moment, not very well.
There are many voluntary events to be involved in.
Yes
I think there are many different opportunities within BT and it is a safe and reputable company.
Prepare for the interview, e.g. role play with family/friend
