  • Marketing Assistant - Lloyds Banking Group • Work on and successfully deliver multiple marketing campaigns across Lloyds Banking Group, in distinct branding of Lloyds, Halifax and Bank of Scotland • Own the planning and creation of new content, in both article and video formats • Own the year social media plan for Bank of Scotland Wealth, including targeting, post content and post timings and performance • Deliver, marketing communications to branch staff in Lloyds, Halifax and Bank of Scotland thus improving the referral process into wealth as well as volumes • Network and collaborate with other parts of Lloyds Banking Group to ensure the desired marketing and its outcomes are achieved as planned • Liaise with agencies, suppliers and partners effectively to ensure the delivery of marketing communications • Present marketing concepts and rationale to key stakeholders as well as senior staff, as well as at campaign review sessions • Represent and win Apprentice 2015 Student Challenge, receiving a Values in action (VIA) following this • Own budget and spend on campaigns • Own timings on campaigns • Mentor new apprentices within the team • Owner of team FP Training, as well as being an ambassador for extra work based initiatives such as the Great Place to work team • Own and support both ATL, BTL and TTL campaigns

  • I enjoyed my work very much and work within a friendly and collaborative environment which helps my complete my day to day tasks.

  • I feel valued I regularly receive positive feedback and have performed well at end of year reviews.

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The induction process is still not the best and often involves just an overload of information through packs. Support network has been great including mentors and line manager as well as a buddy system when first joining.

  • Very well. Staff season ticket loan also allows me savings on my travel.

  • Be organised from the start, look to get involved in as much as possible from the start for exposure. Interviews outline how you've solved problems and been innovative.
