Job title- Associate Relationship Manager Daily tasks- Proactive calling, emails, excess reporting, complaint handling, securities, compliance reviews. Daily interactions-Managers, colleagues, external clients(phone/email)F2F clients I look after two portfolios of SME clients in the central England area working closely with two relationship managers.
I am studying with the Chartered Banker Institute working towards member status having already achieved CCIBS. completing a internal foundation programme to develop skills such as self development, leadership and communication.
I enjoy working in a faced paced environment and being part of a strong team working collaboratively to provide excellent service for SME clients. The culture at LBG is excellent making it a great place to work
As an apprentice I feel valued at Lloyds Banking Group, I regularly receive recognition from internal and external stakeholders. This is strongly backed by being included in events and team events.
