Directory Services Team leader. I am responsible for organising and ensuring services are kept up and running. I have 5 direct reports & the services are used by 80,000 users.
Yes. Since completing my level 4 in systems & networking my understanding of how IT works on an estate wide level has made me see things more clearly.
It was a trail program put forward by QA, aspects could have been Improved but in the long run it has been useful.
I am actually leaving Capgemini as the area I work in has been TUPE
It was poorly done. Several reasons for this such as no consistency with the tutors. Tutors were ill informed on the subject matter which in turn provided a poor learning experience. These issues have since been dealt with.
Little. However at the end we were given extra training to cover courses which were poorly tutored.
Lots. Capgemini were very interested to find out why we were provided such poor tutoring and pushed to see an improvement.

I have been provided many opportunities and I find pay to be more than fair.
Prepare for your interviews well and ensure you have a positive attitude. Key points from me would be exert confidence during the process.
