I enjoy my program greatly. I enjoy learning with Aston Uni and working with Capgemini. Met and exceeded expectations. I just wish I had more work.
I feel appreciated by my manager but not so much by the rest of Capgemini as I am not given enough work/responsibility
Induction was great, it helped kickstart my learning. Training has helped my continue to progress. Offsite studying suits me and is a great alternative to lecture rooms. The only problem is lack of work for new apprentices
Lots. They are there 24/7 to help and have abundant resources to help my learning
Manager and HR have always been good. On project support is lacking a little
