I work within a development team, on a day to day basis I test apps and help with some development
I do on the job training, for example, c# and .net and also skills like communication and being able to present to clients.
I love the culture and values of my programme, in my project, I am seen as an equal and not just an apprentice. My opinions matter and asking questions about our process is always welcomed
Very valued, I have catch-up's with my managers on a regular basis. Through social media, i am also praised by colleagues.
I think the structure of our University course could be better. However the organisation inside Capgemini is great
I am always able to email tutors and ask questions, they also have office hours at a reasonable time where I am not in work and therefore it's not disrupting my role.
I receive an immense amount of support, from managers and also from my mentor who I also work with on a day to day basis.
Due to working on a site for a project, Capgemini cover a lot of the cost. Therefore I couldn't be happier with how much I am paid.
Yes, there are always events happening, a lot especially for me as I go to school events and also women's events within my work community.
Yes
It is an amazing opportunity and I don't think I would have the possibility to thrive in my career without them.
Be open minded about the initial process, it may seem long winded but it is worth it. Also, take every opportunity and go to every event you can, they can be very inspiring.
