Auditor- Day to day tasks are the same as graduates, auditing companies' financial accounts, meeting with client staff and managing engagements.
Developed more confidence as a result of the scheme and more experience dealing with senior members of staff. Have also learnt a lot about accounting and company laws/regulations, having almost obtained an ACA qualification.
The work, team and company culture are all excellent.
Recognition by managers and team members is fantastic, but by the company as a whole I feel undervalued. They expect me not ot be able to do things as well as the graduates which is nonsense when this work is new to everyone.
The programme is relatively new but is well structured. My only criticism would be that programme drags out the exams/qualifications unnecessarily.
The teams and managers are very supportive with exams and training. HR are less so as they seem to be less aware of day to day activities.
Yes
It is a good place to work for, with strong team players and a good work ethic
Make sure to prepare for all the stages of the interview process. There is a lot of content online for the questions they will be asking so there is no excuse not to be able to answer them well
