  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • My programme is very well structured and mixes working life with college very well as it gives me plenty of time between the college course and exams to revise whilst still being able to get all of my work finished. I have a monthly review with my senior manager so that he can make sure I am coping well and if I have any problems I can let him know and he will help. Everyone in the team is there for support whenever I need it.
