Assisting with US and UK Personal Tax compliance and consulting
Studying towards my ATT and gaining technical tax knowledge. Various internal training courses on technical knowledge and soft skills
Encouraging culture to succeed, resources available to assist.
Large company so sometimes feel slightly like a number however feedback from Managers is always positive when you have done something that should be recognised.
On boarding process felt very disconnected however once here than all courses organised well.
Lots of resources from Kaplan available online via portal
Always people to ask who are more than willing to help.
Expensive travel costs however salary covers this
Yes however sometimes this are difficult to locate unless you 'come across' them

Steep learning curve in a professional environment where you can succeed as long as you put the effort in.
Relax and be yourself at the assessment centre particularly through the group exercise
