Personal Banker, involves dealing and transaction on behalf of customers on their financial accounts, opening accounts and also servicing those.
I have learnt a lot of skills that I have been able to incorporate into my day to day role.
At the beginning the experience wasn't great, it was launched without much thought but since we have met up and discussed improvements this has improved it dramatically.
