My role includes attending classes to learn different trackside skill that I will need to put into practice in my everyday working life
Yes, i've learned lots of practical skills as well as lots of theory skills
I enjoy the classroom atmosphere and the way that we are taught what we need to learn.
I feel a part of the Network Rail team and that this will continue throughout a long career with the company

I believe that I am on a good salary as it covers my living expenses (my car, rent etc) and I have a small amount of money to spend on luxury items too
Yes, during the evenings there are sporting activities as well as quizzes and a gym and pool to use in our spare time.

Network Rail is a good employer because there is a huge amount that you can learn and do at the company, weather it be practical, working out on the track or office based. There are a lot of benefits for employers and employees are paid very well.
