My Role as Signal Maintenance Apprentice is to learn how to maintain all signal equipment and various other pieces of equipment that help to keep trains running safely and on time
I will achieve a BTEC and NVQ in Engineering. I have learnt many new electrical skills
My depot in Plymouth have some great teams which I have enjoyed working with. so far I am enjoying my apprenticeship
My manager looks to involve me in a variety of things that will benefit me and my career
I enjoyed my time at Westwood and felt supported. The practical time at Sultan could have been better led
I have support from other apprentices as well as a support worker from Babcock
