- Design Engineer - Reverse engineering projects, Developing solutions (design), 3D modelling, Trialling design jigs/fixtures etc. - Meeting with various lead engineers - Ensuring designs comply with company standards and ISO standards. - Involvement within 4 company projects currently.
- Better communication skills - College day-release (engineering) - Numerous training course (including BAE Hillend course)
- Find the work interesting - Look forward to arriving at work most mornings - Appreciate the work and efforts of my team - Thoroughly enjoyed my first placement within the DFM department within the Leonardo site.
