Day-to-day client facing audit role, including working individually and as part of the team. Managing my own time, working within business and accounting. Mentoring junior staff.
Working towards the ACA. I have developed my social and intellectual skills including learning about business and finance.
As mentioned above, I have learnt a lot and had a great experience however it's difficult and the hours are long.
My team makes me feel valued however, hard work is not recognised enough as it is expected.
Well organised, however being the first intake year, some things are still uncertain.
Pressure can sometimes be too high, for example the threat of losing your job if you fail an exam.
It covers cost but does not reward properly in comparison for the hard work and effort exerted.
Yes
Opportunities and experience is unlimited.
