I am a KPMG 360 apprentice, who has been with KPMG for 3 years. I currently sit within the National Markets Research and Development Team in Corporate Tax, dealing with different R&D claims, and HMRC enquiries.
I have been able to continue professional development, and I am also studying the AAT, at level 3 at 4. And have the aspiration to study for the ACA>
I really enjoy the flexibility of the programme, knowing that you can rotate to different departments to find out the area of the business you would like the specialise in. KPMG, as a firm drive collaboration, demonstrate diversity and inclusion, and encourage employee's to bring their whole selves to work. The Team I work in are extremely friendly, and the work is interesting.
I feel extremely appreciated, and whenever I face a problem it is always addressed and not ignored. You are able to build networks both internally and externally of KPMG, which is great.
Extremely. We receive the necessary training, and materials. We have a 5 star support system in place to support us, and are able to approach our mentors and management team at anytime.
My training provider is BPP, and they provide sufficient training and materials in preparation for exams. The tutors are excellent also.
I receive a lot of support, there has been circumstances where I required a lot of support from my management team, and it was given.
The salary, I feel is a little bit low! living is London is extremely expensive!
Many!
Yes
It's a great place to work.
When being interviewed, always stay calm, and know that it is ok to be nervous!
