My role is to carry out the mechanical calibration for the entire factory of Edinburgh site.
Yes I am still learning new skills and developing existing skills every day.
I am coming to the end of the programme and still enjoy at as much as I did at the start
I feel my job role is valued within the company and meeting with executive's help give motivation
I feel it is well organised but also requires initiative to find work if there isn't much happening within the department
The training provider offers enough support to help grow in my career and they show good attitude to helping any problems.
I don't require a large amount of support day to day but I know if I require support then I will receive it.
I feel like the wage could be increased a bit, however we have enough money to live a good life so cant complain
At the beginning of the apprenticeship there were a lot of outside work opportunities
Yes
Leonardo is a great place to work as an apprentice as they are full of skilled professionals who are happy to teach you everything they know
I would highly recommend acting motivated and don't be too shy as showing confidence is important when applying for jobs
