The role I play as an apprentice is to gain as much knowledge and experience as possible to excel to my greatest heights as quickly and effectively as possible. and carry on doing so through my career.
i have learnt a tremendous amount with my work place. the great thing is you are free to the department making you an advantage to every person giving you work so there's no pressure. if you liked you sit in the canteen all-day and no one would blink and eye but you would not get a job at the end of it. it really is what you make of it. I myself make full advantage of thing s I am interested in and like an open book looking to gather as much information as possible. Its a hard question asking how much have learnt but ask me could I get a professional job if I want for an interview? I think I would.
i enjoy the program as it is of what you make of it. the more effort you put in and the knowledge you gain its that simple. there's always a lot going on to, so you have to learn to prioritise.
as an apprentice you can be as valued as much as you like as in, how much do you want it? the more willingness you put in the more value you will get out.
The organisation beats m past apprenticeships but not to the extent were everything is put on a plate in front of you which is good, as it teaches you to work independently.
if you need support and ask for it you will get it simple. if you don't ask for it you can work independently. the support is excellent if you want it. from healthcare to education the support is there.
As much as i want. if you want it its there. if you don't want it you don't have to have it its very straightforward.
as always i would like a little more money. who wouldn't?
there are lots of opportunity's you can make every day a new opportunity if you like in such a large company there's are lots of sporting activity's and charity work .
Yes
as its the 5th best employer in the uk. and the possible career progression is second to none. if you want it its there for the taking if you don't then its a waste of time like anything it really is what you make of it all the puzzles pieces are in front of you just have to pick them up and put it together.
