Getting involved with a wide range of projects, helping out when i can, developing my technical knowledge daily and generally being of assistance to the senior team.
From school life to working full time in an office environment is a big step and i feel my skills and developed immensely in terms of conducting myself to be professional and being confident in communicating with a wide range of people everyday.
The day goes really quick which is the main thing. Always learning something new everyday and the team are always keen to help and explain when needed.
Regular performance management meetings are conducted, there are internal financial rewards to recognise outstanding contributions. Everyone is always keen to get my involved in projects.
The organisation of my programme has been excellent to date.
I haven't received much support just yet because i haven't need to but i'm sure it's available if required.
Support isn't necessarily demonstrated but i think it would be if i needed it.
More than enough to meet costs and have disposable income.
Plenty of opportunities to get involved outside of work with social events happening regularly.

Get as much experience as you can before applying - make sure you have plenty to talk about at your interviews - be interesting. Failing to prepare is preparing to fail.
