Yes, BT make it very clear how valued apprentices are and make plenty of provision for us, we are very well supported by various apprentice networks.
Academic structure of apprenticeship done well, task delegation done well, there are many job roles and we get the chance to be on various teams which is good for our development, although changing business needs often interferes with the running of rotations.
We receive a lot of support by our tutors at college, separate BT manager helps with this. We all have apprentice coaches and reviews to track performance
We have regular one to ones to discuss matters as well as apprentice roundtables. We also have quarterly apprentice development calls as well as core development training packages.
Salary very well meets living costs for our age. Travel into work is fairly cheap, on a much higher wage in comparison to other apprentices, pay rises twice a year is a bonus
Yes there are always events been advised for people to attend such as What Next and trips to important sites.
