Looking at various payment streams and assessing payment issues. Analysing payments for issues. Learning how to use databases to retrieve useful information. Working with management to find solutions to customer complaints regarding payments and how the solutions can be implemented.
Learnt various programming skills (Python, SQL), experience agile working, learnt about enterprise systems (e.g. CRM). Learning various modules (programming, project management, IS security, Maths for computing) through university studies. Continually developing core skills and behaviours.
It's great. Within the current placement I have been given a lot of opportunities to develop new skills and knowledge and has aloud me to experience various aspects of the business. The university programme has given me an opportunity to broaden my knowledge and find new areas of interest.

There a various resources for support. When support was needed, it was never difficult to find and was always valuable.
The are many sources of support and all seem more than willing to fully support me. I have never felt let down by the support available.

Network, there are so many people with so much varying experience that networking with anyone will prove to be usefull
