I work in Enterprise Architecture, this involves a lot of governance work, projects will come into our area and will have to check them to ensure they are good to proceed from an Architecture Perspective.
Yes I have learnt many skills, I have improved my communication skills, presentation skills, as well as learning how to speak and interact with different types of people that you come across at work.
I really enjoy my programme
Extremely valued. They have told us and continue to tell us how valuable we are for the future of the bank and how they see all of us as playing a big part going forward.
It is quite well structured.
Quite a lot, it is very apparent that they are there to give me support at all times which is very important.

Reasonably, I think that we could do with more money for living costs as I don't have much at the end of the month.
There are as many opportunities outside of work as you want there to be. I have pushed myself and found a lot of opportunities, I am going to Moldova this summer to teach children how to read and write and that is something that I enjoy doing outside of work.
Yes
Santander is a company that takes its pride in employee satisfaction. I enjoy being here because it feels like one big family, although you are required to work very hard, there are also the rewards, and the office atmosphere is extremely enjoyable.
Be yourself, rather than being something that you might think they want to see, act natural and show them what you can do. Don't let the pressure get to you, when you are in the interview, make it seem as though you are talking to your friends, and that is something you enjoy doing. You want them to know how you can handle the pressure of an interview and of potential nerve racking moments. Make the most of every opportunity, if you get the job, introduce yourself to people, make sure people get to know who you are and what you do, you never know when you might need them down the line.
