Overall, this has been a great experience. With the economic climate across the globe, it is amazing to work with such great people (colleagues and clients). To begin with, a mix of client work and technical work to develop on both fronts and a great opportunity to show my new teams what I can do. As time progressed, responsibility has increased, workload has increased, and opportunities increased.
With each day bringing something new, whether it be a new question or project. It has helped me develop personally, professionally, and technically in the field of tax within global mobility.
It's been a good adventure up to now. Thankfully, I found found my teams to be supportive throughout in and out of the office. I found this most helpful around exam times when I needed time out of the office, it is always great to know there is a real team willing to support me to do that.
I find PwC is a great place to be as you have the opportunity to work with so many people which really helps build relationships.
It's great, I find there is always someone to turn to and ask for help/support in time of need.
As much as I need to be honest. Everyone, is 1 phone call or email away.
The support at work is great, as mentioned, my teams are super supportive which enables me to focus on exams and other deadlines.
I think the salary package is decent, considering it is a school leaver programme.
There are plenty of classes/groups. If there is not one that suits you then you have the opportunity to try and start one up yourself.
