I am a personal banker. I serve customers for Barclays over the phone for their day to day banking.
I have learned how to use all IT systems to be able to serve customers including processes and regulations. I have learned about banking in general and I am completing my Level 2 Financial Services Customer Service Award and RBCB.
Very much. I enjoy the team I work for and the job in general.
I feel I gain feedback from my Talent Coach and Manager frequently and feel valued as an apprentice and employee.
We had a full induction and training upon joining Barclays. I meet with my Talent Coach frequently and feel organised within my role.
I feel I gain as much support from my Talent Coach as I need.
I receive support on an ongoing basis.
