  • I am a personal banker. I serve customers for Barclays over the phone for their day to day banking.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I have learned how to use all IT systems to be able to serve customers including processes and regulations. I have learned about banking in general and I am completing my Level 2 Financial Services Customer Service Award and RBCB.

  • Very much. I enjoy the team I work for and the job in general.

  • I feel I gain feedback from my Talent Coach and Manager frequently and feel valued as an apprentice and employee.

  • We had a full induction and training upon joining Barclays. I meet with my Talent Coach frequently and feel organised within my role.

  • I feel I gain as much support from my Talent Coach as I need.

  • I receive support on an ongoing basis.
