KPMG 360 Apprentice Review

KPMG360 Apprentice My programme is a rotational programme which enables me to rotate around several client facing departments in the business. So far I have been in Audit, Corporate Finance Valuations, M&A tax and operational excellence

Yes I have developed my skillset dramatically, this is mainly due to the supportive people around and the additional skill builds KPMG provides. In addition, I am currently taking the AAT and eventually the ACA.

I think my programme is great, it helps you develop personally and mentally. It has opened several opportunities and certainly would of not had these opportunities if I went to University.

I feel valued but I feel they could do more as sometimes you feel like a small pieces in a big machine which is understandable but shouldn't happen.

Extremely structured, in some instances it is too structured and doesn't allow the individual to reach his/hers full potential.

A lot of support from my training provider, I think they are extremely helpful and assist with my studies.

I receive a lot of support from KPMG, especially around exams etc. If you have any issues or thoughts you can always discuss them with someone at KPMG.

Salary is ok, they should pay more.

Lots of clubs, society's and events to attend, an extremely sociable firm with great people.
