Since January I have been working in the High Value Support team, assisting with work required to be carried out for big corporate companies who hold accounts with us.
I have learnt how the a few of the various different systems used by Barclays works.
I am enjoying it but do wish my role was a little more varied/
Barclays really look after all of their staff very well.
The qualification is meant to be in customer service but in my current role I don't deal with any customers directly, just via email. Luckily I have a lot of experience dealing with customers in my old job.
My training provider is always at the other end of the phone/ email to assist with any queries and we have a meeting at least once every month.
Barclays have been happy to help with anything I have needed hep with
I'm struggling a little but its just about enough to get by and to be honest quite a fair pay considering I am gaining qualifications
Yes lots of charity events
Yes
It is a lovely, friendly working environment with something always going on. A pleasure to come into work.
