On the 360 Programme at KPMG we do 6 month rotations in either Audit, tax, advisory or tech solutions. Currently I'm in audit and carrying out inspections on companies accounts.
I'm currently training towards my level 3 AAT qualification. Teachings from my AAT are valuable in my day to day job.
The programme is enjoyable. You will meet lots of new people and learn lots of new interesting things.
From my personal experience when you're nearing the end of a placement and you've gathered your bearing within the department you feel as if you can really add value and in turn your team really appreciate that.
Our programme is well organised. If you need help there will always be somebody to assist you. The programmes structure could be improved as it can be difficult to get your desired placement.
BPP is our training provider and they're very helpful with any query you might have.
As I'm only a school leaver when joining KPMG I had very little financial experience. KPMG understand this will you'll always be able to find somebody willing to help you if there is something you're struggling with.
I feel the salary package is substantial but it isn't enough currently to be able to support myself.
KPMG offer a wide range of activates such as staff socials, volunteering and secondments to name but a few. This is one of the best aspects of working for KPMG.
Yes
Because they're a huge firm with multiple opportunities.
Just be yourself. Don't feel like KPMG will be looking for a specific type of person, with certain traits and skills.
