I undertook a level 2-3 construction administration apprenticeship with Kier Group and they were a really supportive and helpful employer and made my apprenticeship not only great to learn but enjoyable too
I learned both to develop my own potential and also to work in partnership to achieve together with others
I loved the combination of structured learning and also the ability to move theory learned in the classroom into day to day activity
Loved the programme and all aspects of the work with them as an employer
It was well structured with a brilliant combination of theory classroom and practical work in day to day work. It made the learning much easier
Good the training support was really one to one with plenty of structured support
Fantastic and I had a designated support mentor to meet for regular one to one learning development
It enabled me to achieve my potential and get a really good salary which would have taken ages if I had gone straight to uni
Yes there were good outside work social and engagement opportunities to mix with my colleagues
Yes
Brilliant, supportive and look to make it easy for you to achieve your goals
Have a clear idea of what you want to get from the course and the experience
