My job allows me to learn whilst i work, gaining qualifications whilst i earm, My day to day role is a mix of coaching other peoples performance, analysing data to maximise the impact of my coaching and speaking with customers
I have gained nvq's level 3 so far in customer service and team leading
I couldnt ask for more, i earn a normal wage and i am increasing my knowledge and potential every day
extremely, this is measured and shown on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
fairly, we use an outside training group to help us through.
loadfs, i have contact available whenever i am at work.
i am given extra time out of my day to day role and even commission that i would have earned.

yep! Virgin gives us a day out each year, christmas parties etc
