Audit - Financial Services. Working with clients, meeting new people in different places everyday. Liasing with people of at all levels.
Developed communication skills and the ability the pick up new things very quickly. Working towards my ACA qualification and learning new skills during internal training courses.
I enjoy the department I work in as the environment is friendly.
There is an internal recognition system where you are can be nominated by anyone for a "limelight" award. You receive £50 to spend on a number of things.
The joining process was very well organised and informative.
As much support as required. When you are struggling with any topic, you can arrange to go back in to see the tutor even when out of tuition time.
Everyone is allocated an appraiser who deals with any issues and provides constant support. You are also given a mentor and a buddy when you join.
I feel the salary is very low and should be performance based.
