My role was to work with the Meat & Fish and Fresh teams to deliver a positive customer experience
Understanding of time management and presentation, and the roles of different people in a successful team
Although it was not the kind of career I want to pursue in the future I thoroughly enjoyed my time
I feel as though I was valued by my colleagues but it was easy to see that some people put in a great deal of stress and effort with little thanks
It wasn't a structured programme but I learnt a lot from the flexibility
