Data entry, recording data of customer details into the computer system. Also a small amount of customer service on the telephone.
Learn how to correctly adress a customer on the telephone and also new computer skills.
I enjoyed working in a professional environment at sky.
I feel like they treated me very well and wwe very approachable from the start.
I was given a comprehensive plan of what I'd be doing throughout my weeks at sky.
I was given one to one training and learnt my new skills on the job. There was also seminars to attend.
I was given all the help I needed in order to get the job and tasks done correctly.

Sky are very professional and great for getting that experience. There are plenty of opportunities to learn new skills and develop.
Be enthusiastic, ask plenty of questions and work hard!
