I enjoy my work as it is very diverse and high volume means I am always busy. I have a wide and supportive team who are open to questions and work together to help one another. The company is very diverse and has a huge philanthropy team who give great charity opportunities, overall the company has exceeded my expectations. I have enjoyed every minute.
I have regular 1-1 meetings with my manager, and am regularly given praise by my team when I do well. The team understand my strengths and get me involved in various projects. I feel as though I am a valued member of my team.
The first day was very structured as it is standard for all employees. However as the department evolved the programme became slightly unstructured, but soon that was fixed and my responsibilities became clear. The level of support is amazing and there are many training opportunities.
My training provider gives regular support when in class, but are not as responsive to emails etc outside of class. Generally I have regular 6 week meetings with my manager and those are beneficial as they allow me to set targets and compare.
My manager/HR/Peers and mentors gave me a high level of support and guidance, and had a very open attitude to helping me when needed.
My salary was enough to cover travel, home rent, daily costs and social costs, as well as cover holidays. I was more than happy.
