Daily interaction with a team regarding customer service and dealing with customer complaints. Essentially it was a team dedicated to solving individual cases
I developed my interpersonal skills and also my ability to understand business from both the consumer and retailer point of view.
I loved the programme because it enabled me to gain new experience and develop skills which will help me secure future employment. .
It was a great experience there in which I felt valued and appreciated.
Very good work experience. Clear contact, clear goals and strategy explained to me. I was never bored!
I had one point of contact who was very supportive and patient and very good at including me.
Not so much but this was okay as the team of staff were able to tend to all my needs and support me through the process.
It did not as my living costs and my travel costs were not covered. However, I am richer for the experience!
Yes there are lots of corperate events and networking events which one can be as involved with as they want.
Yes
Good company with good people and for a good cause they exist. A good insight into business and marketing etc.
Be confident and enjoy every moment as you never know when this opportunity might lead to more.
